Feed the Soul: Third Season of Uniting Communities through Free Meals and Concerts for the Underserved
Feed the Soul, a community performance initiative inspired by the idea of nurturing the mind, body, and soul, is now entering its third season! Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 24th at 5:30pm at the United Methodist Church in Red Bank. Partnering with the Backpack Crew in Red Bank, Meal at Noon in Long Branch, Count Basie Center's Turner Academy of the Arts, and receiving additional support from JBJ Soul Kitchen, this special initiative aims to provide free meals and a complimentary concert to underserved members of our Monmouth County community.
Our mission, inspired by the concept of holistic nourishment, seeks to break down the barriers often associated with the arts by annually offering a free meal and concert to those in need. This concert features local professional artists, musicians, and performers.
We view this as an opportunity to unite our communities, believing that we are stronger together. With the support of local corporations and businesses, we can uplift each other and use our talents to inspire and give to those who need it most.
